The science of Yoga has always been an unresolved mystery for several entities, explorers, aventurines, and doctors that it remains an inexplicable enigma even for the scientists of the finest stature. There have been alive and well-documented accounts of Yogis engaging in acts, lifestyles that go beyond the normal perception of a human brain. Their potential to survive in the freezing cold of the Himalayas without a flinch, their ability to transform a mass of stone into a fruit, and spiking the temperature of a chilled room by their mere bodies, there is a lot more that raves beyond the ordinary and continues to stun the planet. A human with ‘superhuman’ abilities, a Yogi with the Guinness Book Record for being locked up underwater in a see-through box for more than 56 minutes with complete oxygen deprivation, the only man on the globe to have been buried alive under 30cm of earth for over 24 hours, and the one person to instigate frenzied beads of sweat on the foreheads of the sharpest cardiologists by voluntarily stopping his heart for 20-minutes, the Great Kungfu Yoga Master Le Yogi Coudoux needs no introduction. A Buddhist by soul and Yogi by religion.

This superhuman has been honored the title of ‘Iceman’ and has indeed proven how much he deserves to be designated so. A famous athlete and master of Tibetan Tummo Meditation, Wim Hof has mastered the skill of peacefully enduring lethal climatic conditions through a specific breathing method, known as the Wim Hof Method. The man, with his record-breaking method, has left the globe and some of the sharpest minds completely dumb-founded. To share his insights and secrets of deploying the brain as the power control center for controlling the body’s activities and reactions to situations, the ‘Iceman’ is all set to arrive at the Shwaasa Yoga Center at the 3-Day Kung Du Yoga Meditation Retreat. The Guru shall reflect on the concept and power of activating the periaqueductal gray, a matter responsible for working as the biological pain suppressor in the brain. Pain plays the most crucial role in withholding the body from surviving extreme circumstances. Learn the Win Hof Method for life transformation and to grasp the truth behind his statement, “IF YOU LEARN HOW TO CONTROL YOUR MIND, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE”. As a holder of 26 World Records, Hof’s life is a source of inspiration for many. He has proven that if one can control their mind, it can be driven to pursue the most extraordinary outcomes. The man, through his work, completely disregarded the bitter scientific theory, which states that it is impossible to voluntarily influence the Autonomic Nervous System.

The route to evolution is never really complete for a human being. For some, it takes a series of births and rebirths to reach even the preliminary stage of the process while certain, the gifted and the unique ones, fulfill the due process of it within a single lifetime. Just like no two fingers are equal in length and proportion, each human being is different and has their own pace and definition of life and evolution. Those who are curious and willing to take the plunge into the uninhabited territory of their inner being and want to take a closer eye at the mystic of a human life may start from here at our Kungfu Yoga Meditation Retreat. With the purpose of leading the mind to this directive light through which they can unfold the mystical layers of their conscious for an atypical evolution of their Annamaya kosha (the material form), Shwaasa Yoga Center is organizing the Kung Fu Yoga Meditation Retreat with Le Yogi Coudoux and Wim Hoff in the garden city, Bengaluru, India. This 3-Day Retreat is the key to exploring the physical and psychical systems and steers towards achieving heightened experiences and potentials that lay inert in a human body. Whip an enlightening glance into the art of Kungfu Yoga. Learn how to channelize your breath towards eternal survival.

Kung Fu Yoga: The science behind Kung Fu Yoga (or Kungdu Yoga) leaves even the greatest minds of the globe appalled, in awe, and wide-eyed – unable to resolve the mystery behind its practical connotation. This yoga style is a manifestation of the divinity that lies within each individual, dormant and ready to be awakened by its physical being. This astonishing science is a journey that takes a human being through an unimaginable evolution into its superhuman ‘avatar’ by revealing his inner powers to the surface that can be experienced under the guiding light of its real masters – the greatest ones being Le Yogi Coudoux and Wim Hoff. Let the ‘men’ themselves guide through the invertible steps to the awakening of the mind. Seek the real ‘Self’ here!

Yogic Breath: Prana (the breath) is the eventual source of infinite power for reaching the height of mental and physical consciousness. It is the channel to realization and awakening of the spiritual and physical form of a being. The art of channeling the breath has been studied and explored by the greatest yogis and sages for centuries – an energy so powerful that its masters have survived purely on the yogic breath for lifetime without the aid of external consumption. Our Pranayama Meditation Gurus shall open the door to this immense power during this retreat. This is where you shall unearth the actual truth of life, survival, and birth that encircle the mind and body in a casket for an eternity. This is your doorway to break-free from this casket and reveal yourself to the light and the body’s true powers with the Gurus.

Mindful Meditation:Get introduced to the religious practices of Mindful Meditation and Tummo Mediation under the guiding light of Le Yogi Coudoux and Wim Hoff. These scientific practices involve a gradual taming of the mind by directing it to stay in the present (with ease and without a judgment) with the aim to remain calm, composed, and non-reactive when exposed to unpleasant circumstances. Our Gurus shall teach the ‘art of sustenance’ through this life-altering practice of Mindful Meditation during which you shall be able to train the mind to uphold focus on the breath, limb, present moment without an obtrusion, judgment or a block to it (also adapted in the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). The practice is highly beneficial for relieving stress, anxiety, and preparing a being towards the response of ‘fight and confrontation’. This is the art of channeling the mind from a state of turmoil, restlessness, pain, and distraction towards becoming an epitome of composure, commitment, calmness, and invincibility.

Yoga Nidra: The art of effortless and natural relaxation technique is practiced in the form of Yoga Nidra or the Yogic Sleep. The practice is the easiest technique carried out in order to relax each and every part of the body along with the mind and spirit. During this session, you shall be funneled to reach the panch maya kosha (sheath) (five layers of the self): physical or material body, annamaya kosha (the food body that keeps the material body alive), manomaya kosha (the mental body), vijnanamaya kosha (the body of intellect and judgment), and, finally, the very rare to reach and acquire, the ananda kosha (the spiritual body). This guided-meditation technique shall help unfold the physical and psychical dynamics to achieve a state of feeling complete, absolute, and content within the body, mind, and spirit.

Relish a healthy, scrumptious, and vegetarian spread comprising of fresh fruits, vegetables, pulses, wholesome grains, and bread for breakfast. Nourish your body and heart with a wholesome, highly palatable yogic luncheon embodying a luscious representation of traditional Indian cuisine.

Acknowledging the requirement for an energetic body and an agile mind during this enlightening retreat, we ensure that each guest is well fed to their contentment while their dietary requirements are just as fulfilled and met.
