Yogic Breath: Prana (the breath) is the eventual source of infinite power for reaching the height of mental and physical consciousness. It is the channel to realization and awakening of the spiritual and physical form of a being. The art of channeling the breath has been studied and explored by the greatest yogis and sages for centuries – an energy so powerful that its masters have survived purely on the yogic breath for lifetime without the aid of external consumption. Our Pranayama Meditation Gurus shall open the door to this immense power during this retreat. This is where you shall unearth the actual truth of life, survival, and birth that encircle the mind and body in a casket for an eternity. Mindful Meditation:Get introduced to the religious practices of Mindful Meditation and Tummo Mediation under the guiding light of Le Yogi Coudoux and Wim Hoff. These scientific practices involve a gradual taming of the mind by directing it to stay in the present (with ease and without a judgment) with the aim to remain calm, composed, and non-reactive when exposed to unpleasant circumstances. Our Gurus shall teach the ‘art of sustenance’ through this life-altering practice of Mindful Meditation during which you shall be able to train the mind to uphold focus on the breath, limb, present moment without an obtrusion, judgment or a block to it (also adapted in the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). The practice is highly beneficial for relieving stress, anxiety, and preparing a being towards the response of ‘fight and confrontation’. This is the art of channeling the mind from a state of turmoil, restlessness, pain, and distraction towards becoming an epitome of composure, commitment, calmness, and invincibility.
Yoga Nidra: The art of effortless and natural relaxation technique is practiced in the form of Yoga Nidra or the Yogic Sleep. The practice is the easiest technique carried out in order to relax each and every part of the body along with the mind and spirit. During this session, you shall be funneled to reach the panch maya kosha (sheath) (five layers of the self): physical or material body, annamaya kosha (the food body that keeps the material body alive), manomaya kosha (the mental body), vijnanamaya kosha (the body of intellect and judgment), and, finally, the very rare to reach and acquire, the ananda kosha (the spiritual body). This guided-meditation technique shall help unfold the physical and psychical dynamics to achieve a state of feeling complete, absolute, and content within the body, mind, and spirit.
