We, at Shwaasa Yoga Organization, aim to nurture the mind, body, and soul of each and every student with traditionally-blended Yoga education. Our 200 hour Yoga teacher training courses in Nepal are completely based on the ancient theory of Yoga with a huge emphasis on Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga.

  • Learn the art of practicing Yoga poses with perfection by the application of Adjustment and Alignment techniques.

Nepal’s only international airfield, Tribhuvan International Airport is located in Kathmandu, which is approx 200 km from Pokhara by road. Luxury and Non-AC buses are easily available from the capital city to Pokhara.

Pokhara is well connected to almost all Nepalese and Indian cities via road. There are various entry points from India to Nepal such as Raxaul, Banbasa, etc.
